We had heard that probate was very costly, so we wanted to have a plan in place that minimized this expense so our children would not be burdened with costly legal fees after our deaths. I called Vance E. Hendrix, and he helped me structure my estate in a way that will minimize the probate costs that my children will incur. more

After my father died, my siblings and I discovered that he left a substantial amount of unclaimed property. The state would not release the funds without letters testamentary. In fact the state would not even talk to me until I had the authority to act for the estate. Vance E. Hendrix helped to get me appointed administrator and we are in the process of collecting and distributing the funds that my father left. more

My husband and I planned to take a trip overseas last month, but we wanted to make sure our affairs were in order before we left. Planning for the unthinkable is never pleasant, but we knew an attorney could help us so that our children would be taken care of if something happened to us. We called Vance E. Hendrix, who advised us on what documents we would need in order for our children to be taken care of. He prepared wills for both of us that included trusts to provide financial support for our children. I highly recommend Mr. Hendrix for all of your estate planning needs. more
