This builder is a scam... Buyers and subcontractors BEWARE!!! Does not pay the subcontractors so lien gets filed. Its like paying for a house twice. ALOT of problems during construction because he doesn't know what he's doing. He is a flooring subcontractor that is a wanna be builder. BEWARE! more
