Have waited 2 weeks for A/S to let me know that they have my prescription to get new parts for my CPA. Still waiting! Very poor customer service

Billing Service Department 9/7/2016

Not willing to satisfy customer's needs. Asked for an itemized statement and their system can not provide. The A/R person was in a hurry not to serve customer. She was in a hurry to get rid of the customer. She acted as if it was a problem to meet the customer's needs. more
