Atkinson Youth Services is an organization, which provides services to children and those with special needs. It offers an array of services in the categories of foster families, group homes and specialized school, to name a few. Located in Sacramento, Calif., the center's program has been serving children form age six through 18 who are emotionally disturbed, resulting from sexual, physical and/or mental abuse. Atkinson Youth Services holds certification form the California Department of Education to provide special educational services.
