Atherton's has taken care of my three vehicles since moving to Council Bluffs in 2009. The three vehicles include a 1999 Buick Riviera; 2001 Corvette convertible; and a 1993 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up. One of the Atherton brothers has received (earned) the highest award for automotive analysis from NAPA. Each vehicle is thoroughly checked when delivered to Atherton. Service needs are immediately discussed with the owner, including points placed on the "watch" list. Another Atherton brother communicates with each customer regarding vehicle maintenance needs, using vocabulary and terminology that the customer clearly understands. The front desk staff is equally as competent, serving customers promptly with accuracy. One last point: every staff member greets each customer by his or her first name when entering either the office area or the work area, which is a deeply appreciated personalized touch. Atherton Automotive staff respects the well-being of their customers, which reflects their interest in the continued well-being and safety of their customers.
