My sister had just lost her phone at Arden Mall and someone had stolen it; called it many times to get the person Reject the call. We go over to this AT&T, ask if there was any way we could replace the sim card since we had suspended my sister's phone. This guy, who's bald late 20's or early 30's, says they will charge for replacing sim card. He was ignoring our question when we asked him more, all he kept doing was using his iPhone, texting, trying to show off. I mean, come on! You're working! No phones should be allow while working. Customer satisfaction? NONE! Angry customers? 2 of them!
Fair Oaks Blvd at&t have BETTER SERVICE! There was NO charges for replacing a sim card.
Cons: Worker kept texting.
