I would first like to say that I met Dr. Michael Iordanou for the first time in the hospital right after I gave birth to my son at North Shore in Manhasset. His bedside manner was wonderful and he answered all my questions (even stupid ones being that I'm a first time mom) with such patience. He came and saw me and my baby twice and I followed up with him in his Bayside office. The office is spacious and they have separate sections for sick and well children. I was greeted by 2 ladies at the front desk with a warm welcome. They put me in a room right away because my baby was a newborn at the time. To accommodate me and my husband we were given all paperwork to fill out in the examining room so we don't wait around other children. A very sweet young lady named Angela helped us with all the paperwork and gave us an overview of the practice. She seemed like she has been there for a while, she answered a lot of our questions before the dr came in and even gave us some free samples of baby milk! The first visit with Dr. Michael was as pleasant as the hospital visit. I highly recommend this practice. I even called once with a medical question and was transferred right away to a doctor, I spoke with Dr. Chris who was very thorough and helpful. I would recommend all my family and friend to bring their children to this practice if they live in the Queens, NY area.
