Disgraceful! 4/28/2011

I had a discount parking voucher good after 6pm. I arrived a few minutes before 6:00 and asked if I should wait outside for 5 minutes. I was told it's ok you are only a few minutes early you can come in now. When I returned to pay the bill my discount voucher was voided because I parked before 6:00. I spoke to the manager Felix Rodriguez who was arrogant as can be and refused to honor my voucher. I paid full price. Never Again! more

HORRIBLE 8/4/2010

They stole money (coins), CD's, and dry cleaning from my car and then tried to blame me that I lost my own stuff. All the while I was talking with the manager, the workers were giggling in the background. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! more
