closed my home sale on the 29t.The funds werent received by my mortgage comp. until the 2nd. The mortgage comp. refused to credit funds bc they were short interest due to the standards of FHA loans, the additional funds were refused to be paid by ASSURED TITLE COMPANY to get the mortgage paid off.They are requiring my monies to pay the difference bc of their lack of knowledge on timing w/FHA loans & mistakenly opting on standard overnight delivery company vs the capability to wire transfer the money (which would have been to the mortgage company by 4/1) They are telling me that since I didnt request the transfer to be wired(although being charged a fee for payoff delivery)it was my error. HELLO_get w/""the times"" and use a computer!Do you think a title company would work w/you?NO.They have the worst customer service I have dealt with.If you are ever in the situation where you have to deal with this company,I strongly suggest that you get your OWN rep. of a different company or attny.
