I went to the Alcoa TN location for a second opinion. I ended up giving them my business because they were honest and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Jerin the hygienist was so nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entirety of both of my visits. Cheryl, the office manager made me feel so welcome as well and comfortable. I felt at home. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist. They genuinely care for their patients and it definitely shows. I've already recommended Aspen to several people. more

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Dentist made sure teeth fit so a return trip would not be necessary. Only negative comment is it was too cold in the room. more

The nurse that did my x rays did not seem friendly. But the dentist and manager were nice. Pricing seemed a bit steep for having good insurance though. more
