Aspen always has the friendliest people and timely appointments. Even though they are a chain, I don't sense a big corporate feel when I'm there. The doctor and hygienist know me and make me feel welcome and well-cared for. more

The lady that scheduled my appointments & took care of the billing at your Saratoga Springs office is very professional & has great customer service skills. She should be commended as I'm sure she has some irate customers to deal with. Other staff were good although her professionalism beat there's. more
