Dr. is always friendly and complimenting. He makes coming in to the dentist a pleasure. The only issue I had was signing out. I sat waiting for about 20 minutes until I asked what was the hold up. My file was all set and ready to go but no one imitated the sign out process. Besides that, I had a good experience per usual. more

The Dewitt NY location is outstanding. The young doctor was the first ever in my life to put me at ease. He was not at all judge mental about the condition of my mouth and really is trying to help me. I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone. I don't have a lot of money so I have to finance some work ... please don't get this wrong because your staff is outstanding but the manner/process for which you have to go through is pretty tedious. If you could simplify solutions through one chart it would be way more efficient. Since I notice your commitment to your patients this would help cut down on the anxiety of a situation that can virtually cause more. I believe it would be in your best interest to model all of your franchise locations like Dewitt. Respectful regards more

I am very happy with the results. All the people at the Dewitt location were very friendly, professional and appointments were easy to schedule. With very little wait time. The Doc as he is called is was helpful with my questions and concerns and reassuring about coming in with any problems. more

Dr. Maricondo is a phenominal dentsit. His chairside manner is exactly what patients need- he is gentle, kind, and informative about each dental procedure. Dental work, no matter how minor can be a traumatic experience for patients but Dr Maricondo ensures that he walks you through each step, letting you know exactly what is happenening, and why and also what to expect in the future. My most recent visit was probably the best one I have had yet and I have been a patient at Aspen Dental for over 10 years with various other doctors. more

Staff was extremely exceptional Dr.David Maricondo cared about how insecure I was with out my top plate, and the lab technician fixed the broken one until the new ones are made.i was able to enjoy a family wedding with lots of smiles. I thank the entire staff, Diane Jones more

The staff and Dr.M are amazing...I was apprehensive about my visit (to repair dental work from previous dentist) but they made me feel completely at ease. I have family with similar positive experiences with Aspen. Exceptional care and nonjudgmental. I highly recommend them. more
