The staff is amazing , very friendly, knowlogeble and very helpful, especially Michelle who works the finance side of the business . My only disappointment is that you expect full payment before booking a procedure and for people who can't afford it and don't qualify for financing that's really sad. I have to wait UNTILL I have full payment before I can book my appointment, and that waiting period could affect my progress. I wish Aspen dental had A payment plan option , after all all 5 members of my family do come in for services.
