Your staff was kind and caring I had a very bad experience with dentist when I was younger so I just didn't go anymore I hid my smile because my teeth were so bad constantly covering my mouth or putting my head down when I smiled or laughed after I finally made an appointment the staff at the Saugus mass office put me at such ease that I'm so excited about the future can't wait to see the end result all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ?? I will recommend aspen dental to anyone and everyone I know ?? more

I have been going to the Saugus Aspen Dental for about 10 years. Dr. Trangaris is absolutely terrific. She is very professional while being fun, putting the patient instantly at ease. The work she produces exceeds any dentist I have frequented in all my 60 years! The quality of her crowns are outstanding. The matching of the colors is perfect. The assistants, especially Clarissa are caring and also very professional. The front desk help,Jared and Ronald, the hygienist, Kelly, and financial manager, Lilliath, make you feel so important. The financial manager goes out of her way to be sure all your benefits are exhausted. The specialists they bring in are also top notch. \r \r I so love the convenience of the location and the fact that I don't have to drive all over the place for extractions or root canals etc. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Especially if you are hesitant about the dentist. You will love it!!! more

For Dr. Pooja Mehrotra- Thank You! I have had a lot of dental work in my life but I must say I am extremely impressed with the care and attitude of my Dr. and staff at this clinic. They listen!\r \r You are invited to discuss your feelings and fears, we all have them. Of course I highly recommend their care and their financing. If you don't have answers to your questions or understand your needs or results, maybe it is because you never asked or discussed them.\r \r They are the best in my opinion! more

DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!! 7/31/2006

Oh my God. This is the worst exprience I have ever had. The customer service is horrible. They advertise how caring they are, well they aren't. I had teeth extracted and was supposed to get a temporary partial. When the partial was put in my mouth it didn't fit. It was so far off that I can't wear it. I have gone three days without teeth because the pain is so bad I can't wear them. Please don't go to this Dental Office. They are terrible. I feel like I'm living a nightmare. PROS: NONE CONS: TOO MANY TO MENTION more
