Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I was seen almost immediately after I arrived and the x-rays and exam went quickly.

I am very impressed with this dental office and it's service. After calling with toothache, they got me in the same day and was able to take care of the problem quickly. Their whole staff is super helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend the Plattsburgh Aspen Dental to anyone! J. Laundree more

My daughter had minor surgery last week and they were so fabulous! Wonderful bedside manner, especially with a scared 9 year-old. We are so happy with the entire office, they made our entire experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend them!!! more

I was concerned about what I thought was a dental problem. Called that morning and they had just had a cancellation. They saw me later that day and thankfully my problem was not serious. Respectful, professional and know their stuff. VERY impressed. more

I requested them to pull all my teeth.. They said they couldn't the insurance wouldn't cover it. I got partials . They are so uncomfortable! I have had three of the teeth in the denture fall out! They maxed what the insurance would pay plus I took out a 3000.00 credit card which is owned by aspen dental ! I feel like I got taken to the cleaners by this company! more

I have been a patient at Aspen for about a year and am very pleased with the care that I receive at that office. The staff is very professional and seems genuinely concerned with providing a high level of dental care. I feel much more comfortable at Aspen than I had with my previous dental provider with whom I had been with for many years. I feel that the staff is highly skilled and has my best interests in mind. I needed new dentures as my dentures were 9yrs old.\r I was very impressed with the service I stopped at the office in Plattsburgh and the girl at the desk set me up\r for an appointment. Everyone at the office were very\r helpful and the waiting was not very long .On my last \r time there I got my new dentures and now getting \r adjusted to them. They feel good . Thanks everyone for\r the kind words and making me feel I was special.\r more

So I decided it was time and I chose Aspen Dental .Went on line read reviews and was very impressed so I decided to make an appointment. I can only say it was a great experience from the beginning. With the assurances of Sam, Office Manager, my fears were set aside. She told me exactly what was necessary and financially explained everything I needed to know. Gretchen, Jodi, and Dr.Benosman added the assurance I needed to go through this process. I can only say Thank You Sam and the rest of your Staff. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. more

What a difference a day makes. The staff at Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel that I was being judged for neglecting my teeth for the past several years.\r From Karen at the front desk to Gretchen, the dental assistant and Dr. Benosman, to Jodi at my consultation. Everyone was just fantastic and I am actually excited about my next - and evidently several - visits! Thank you. more

I had a bad toothache and Aspen Dental helped me to set up an appointment with thier oral surgeon to have my wisdom toothed removed asap. I am very appreciative of their help with this and the oral surgeon did a great job with no problems. I am also very impressed with the professionalism in this office as well. more
