Like having the later hours and the staff was so nice. Everything was explained to me so I could follow what was happening and what really needs to be done. I did not feel pressure into anything more

After a visit to my regular denist told me i had two cracked teeth that required crowns, i decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad i did as it was only my filings that were cracked. I now have a new dentist. Thanks Aspen! more

From a kid, I was scared of dentists but Aspen dental made me very comfortable. Everyone who dealt with me was so upfront yet gentle and assuring. Dr. Kate is great! Thank you I did not feel a thing. I had some after pains last night but I have no pain today. Good job! more

Staff was so super nice! I am not the best detail patient, as my mouth and teeth are sensitive and I have a tendency to gag. But they were awesome! My only concern is that the rooms were really really dirty. Lots of dust on fixtures and lots of dried spit stains on the X-ray jacket. As wonderful as the staff was, the dirty conditions might prevent a return visit. Other than that, a good value! more

After having an accident that cracked my front tooth, I came into Aspen and was treated by friendly staff. Each time I go in to get work done going through this accident of mine I receive nothing but good care. All the staff, and the hygienist Mariah is awesome! Always makes me feel comfortable! more

My experience was horrible with the office staff. Katie was great and so was the lady who done my xrays. First, they cannot find my chart nor my insurance information so I was asked to provide that although I was just in the office recently. I only came in for a cleaning. So they proceeded to do xrays even though Ive already had them within the past year. The xrays took 30 minutes. I kept telling them that I didnt need xrays because I was just in the office less than a year ago. The African American lady in the front was able to get my insurance information after providing her with my SSN but assured me that they didnt have any record of me on file and pretty much assumed I was lying. I advised her that they billed my insurance and she insisted that they never have billed my insurance. So then my next concern was me being billed for these xrays when Ive already had that done and then the Caucasian lady tells me and the Xray Tech that we need to hurry and figure this out because Dr Katie leaves at 6. She implied that they didnt have my records so I need to go ahead with the xrays and I wont be billed. So we go ahead and do that (waste of time) and then I go to the exam room which had me confused if I am going for a cleaning. Dr comes in the room and ask if I have a different number that I use. I provided her with that information and she was able to pull my records up, she did an exam and told me that I wouldnt be getting a cleaning today because the incompetent staff was unable to locate my records. If this place uses telephone numbers to locate records rather than SSN's then they need new office policies! After being there for an hour and a half I came out with no cleaning. I was there for nothing. I wasted my time and I am so upset about it. I will not be returning to that location at all. OFFICE STAFF did not even apologize for their screw up! more
