Overall, my experience was good. The hygienist Morgan was so kind, it is obvious she likes her job. I felt at ease and comfortable while with her. I was moved to a different room for fillings. While there the hygienist (a different woman this time) was cold. She was very quiet and uninviting. She did not talk to me and was short the few times that she did. The dentist came in and did not tell me he was injecting me with the numbing agent, just started injecting my gums with no warning. He did not talk to me he talked to a student following him. In the future, I feel that to improve the bedside manner, the patient should be told what is going on every step of the way. It is important to walk the patient through the process. A smile goes a long way as well. more

Dr. Fazio and his staff were all insanely friendly. I was blown away with how friendly and caring they were. I absolutely hate the dentist after horrible past experiences with different offices and everyone made sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the procedure. I had a family member drive me because I don't do well with dental procedures besides cleanings, and she stopped to ask the doctor a question and he explained everything she wanted to know. She was HIGHLY impressed with the amount of respect shown to us. When we asked questions we didn't receive the typical "make an appointment at the front desk" answer. Dr. Fazio and the staff took the time to answer the questions and say if she wanted to she could make an appointment and he'd take care of everything she was concerned about until she was satisfied. We were annoyed and extremely angry with our previous dentist because they kept scheduling us every 3-6 months to fix teeth that were bothering us however upon calling Aspen Dental, they wanted me to come in the following day for the consult and to get my tooth taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. more
