I chose Aspect Beauty for my most recent haircut because of its positive reviews on citysearch, its reasonable prices, and its location. I am so happy with my choice. I had an image in my head of what type of haircut I was looking for and had trouble describing it to Julie, but surprisingly, she nailed it! My hair was cut exactly the way I wanted it, even better than I had imagined. Julie is extremely talented and made me very comfortable with the whole experience. Aspect Beauty is the worst med spa ever. The place looks nice but is very unprofessional. They left me sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes and once I was in a room I was left for another 10 minutes. I had the worst facial/microdermabrasion ever. Not only did the estecian talk the whole time but she did a terrible job..it was as though I did not even have a facial. It was rushed and not very good. I will never go back there!!! more

I just went to aspect with ZIZI my experience was more than great. she is very professional. She knows exactly what you want. For hair cut, style,highlight, updo's and also eyebrow she is the best. She did my daughter's hair for her prom and she got a lot of compliments. belive me she does the best eyebrow in LA because I tried many famause places in LA and finely I found ZIZI. I had schedule an appointment for a gentlemen's facial, when the day came I showed up (I had a wedding on that day), and they asked me to fill out a bunch of papers, when I finished I been told that I am not in schedule and my only choice is to come back in another time. I would like to thank ZIZI. She made my day and made me look so beautiful by cutting my hair, changing the shape of my eyebrows. I never thought someone could change the shape of my eyebrows to it's best. I have tried and been to so many different places including the best ones in Beverly Hills but i have never seen anyone like ZIZI who can change the shape of your eyebrows to it's finest. Courtney was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. I had been having acne break outs every time I received a facial at another spa. Courtney was able to see me right away and gave me a great facial that was going to clear up my unwanted break outs. She also recommended that I follow a cleaning ritual that would help keep my skin from out breaks. I noticed a huge difference a couple of weeks after my first visit. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great esthetician. more

Don't believe the hype! At the front desk, they have a sign and a small handout that asks customers to write a good review for them on Citysearch - but the salon is only sub-par... they rave about their aestheticians, but I've had waaay better experiences! Their eyebrow person was pretty bad. AND - their "free gift" is a squirt of moisturizer from a tester at the front desk!! It's an absolute joke - don't bother. Pros: It's near my house?? Cons: Just don't believe the hype - it's pretty sub-standard. more

Aleena is amazing. I actually went in for an eyelash tinting and she suggested tinting my eyebrows as well. I was blown away by the transformation. I have sparse, blonde brows and with her tinting and shaping job, I have bold, perfectly arched brows. It looks like I had a brow lift. Aleena is incredibly personable and makes you feel beautiful. She is also a makeup artist so next time I have a special occasion, I'm giving her a call. more

I love this spa. Everyone was very friendly from the minute I first walked in the door to inquire about lazer packages. I always feel like a valued customer. The ambience is great. Lazer treatments are a breeze - ok, well maybe not a breeze but as comfortable as possible! I have had lazer treatments elsewhere and it was a negative experience but not at Aspect Beauty. I have purchased 2 lazer packages and will definitely be buying more. I really love Amanda - she is great. Pros: Convenient hours& location, well trained technicians, pleasant staff, really nice owner, easy to contact and get a response Cons: Can't really think of any! more

ZIZI you are amazing after years of haircuts from many different people I finally found the best person to cut and shape my hair. she knows what I want and she listens and does exactly what I want. The ambience is absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately, the service is not! When I arrived I was very impressed by the overall look of the spa. I felt relaxed and excited about the treatment I was about to recieve. I was not greeted with a warm welcome. I stayed in the lobby for about 15 mins before anyone asked why I was there. When I approached the front desk the receptionist seemed more concerned about upgrading my spa package and chatting with her associates about their plans for the weekend. I was then approached by another lady who tried to talk me into a "complimentary" make up session after my spa treatment (I'm assuming this is to sell me cosmetics) she was kind of aggressive and I had to firmly tell her no thankyou! I was finally taken back to the facial room and the music was so loud that I couldn't relax. I went ahead and jumped up to turn it down. I was left lying in the room for about 15 mins before the technician came in. During my facial I was bombarded with questions when I just wanted to relax. She kept talking so much I had to just tune her out. I also got a micro dermabrasion treatment from a lady who strongly suggested it would be the best I've ever recieved. This was probably the worst point of the entire treatment. She was very rough and I actually ended up going home with mild scratches on my face ... I was so tense from the treatment I wasn't able to relax at all and at one point where I thought they were supposed to masage your neck while the product was penetrating, she sat down and read a magazine ?!?!?! What?? This was a very costly treatment which I rarely treat myself too and I was completely disappointed. I definitely would NOT recommend this facility ... you will leave with an empty feeling and empty wallet ... Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Service, Skill, Staff, Value more

i was looking for the best hair stylist for my prom i tried different places till i found the one that is truly the best,that would be ZIZI. I gave ZIZI a magazine picture and told her to do my hair like that, not only she made it the way i wanted but even better, she is very creative and lovely i got lot of complements from my hair and also she did my eyebrows and i have to tell you i never been this pretty in life before i felt very good and confident and that is why i am taking my time to write this because i think there are lot of you out there that want to find the best for you and ZIZI did that for me and i found her and I'm very glad i did! If you are looking for a great hair stylist and want the confidence of knowing that you will get what you want every time, go to Nadia. I have Asian hair, cut in an angled bob. I've been to other stylists and asked for this cut, but no one is as good as she is. She takes her time and has a great eye for making it perfect. It's cut so well that it looks good until my next haircut. I've gotten many compliments on how good it looks. She's so nice and so friendly - you'll feel comfortable the first time you meet her. Zizi, the greatest eyebrow threader, Nadia for her fabulous haircoloring and cut and Courtney for the best facial. Love these women!! If you haven't been there, what are you waiting for??
