I truly enjoyed my bridal shopping experience at Ashley's Bridal (I went to 3 other bridal stores). Connie and John where both so kind and helpful. During my appt Connie was awesome she didn't limit the number of dresses that I tried on, kept my budget in mind and was very patient with my indecisiveness. Did I mention that I purchased a gown that was designer, GORGEOUS and the price was TOTALLLLLY cheap. Trust me you will not be disappointed. I've already recommended Ashley's bridal to two of my friends and will return for my bride's maid dresses and groom tux. Thanks guys! more

When I was looking for my wedding dress, I ended up looking in a variety of bridal boutiques before I came to Ashley's Bridal. John and his team were very friendly from start. I went in there with a dress in mind - they had it in stock I tried it on, I loved it and I loved the price - which was very important. NO hassles, no problems, no headaches very simple store very simple process amazing prices - I would recommend this store to all my friends and family :) more

Ashley's Bridal is a nightmare. I completely regret taking my two bridesmaids there for dresses. First of all, it was nearly impossible trying to make an appointment over the phone as not one person would return the several messages I left. We went back in January 2012 and have yet to receive the dresses. When purchasing the dresses, we were told they would be in no later than April. After hearing nothing the entire month of April, my MOH called the store to see if they arrived. After giving her name to the male who works there several times and after being on hold for a while, he finally told her they would be in late May. Come late May, I still did not hear anything regarding the dresses. I called myself and spoke with a male and female and they both seemed to have a hard time finding the orders, but once they did they explained they were just shipped from California and should be in sometime this week. That was the first week of June. The VERY NEXT DAY the male called me and stated there is something wrong with shipment and the dresses will not be in until late June. I can't even explain how over Ashley's Bridal I am. I WILL NOT be getting them altered there once they come in....if they ever do. more

When I walked in ( a little early), I was greeted and told that the other appointment was finishing up but I could start to browse. So I browsed, something to do to kill time. I tried on a good number even found some I liked, but didn't love. My consultant was very nice and not pushy, though she hinted she hoped for the sale. Didn't have a great experience but not a bad one. Worth checking out. more

Let me tell you my multiple experiences with Ashley's Bridal. I first met the owners Connie and John in 1995 when I was looking for bridesmaid dresses for my brother's wedding. They are the nicest people you could ever want to meet. They bent over backwards for us and did all the alterations perfectly for everyone. My family was so impressed with them, that we went back in 1998 to look for my wedding. more

I visited Ashley's as a bridesmaid...and I've been one several times. Never have I dealt with a shop like this one. The bridal area is located on the second floor. Once you get up there you'll see the room is small, cramped & overloaded with dresses. There was no one around and I ended up standing around for about 10 min. before someone finally emerged and acknowledged me. They didnt have a sample on hand of the dress I was ordering so I was sized and sent on my way. When I returned for the 1st fitting it was the same situation all over again. I ended up milling around the room looking for someone to assist me. When I tried on the dress it was horribly oversized and had to be taken in everywhere. (human err in measurement?) Anyway...when I returned for the second fitting nothing was right with the dress! Even the hem wasn't done correctly. The shoulder straps had to be raised even more. It looked terrible and never have I had to go to 2 fittings for a bridesmaids dress. A week later I had to return again. The straps were still not fitted correctly and where she made the alterations you could see the straps didn't match up correctly. The wedding was only days away so I took it as is. The day of the wedding I noticed my heel kept getting stuck in the hem of my dress. When I sat down to get a better look at it the hem was a hack job! I've taken sewing classes and could have done a better job. When I compared my hem to one of the girls who had their hem done elsewhere it looked like mine was loosely hand sew instead of done with a sewing machine. By the end of the night the hem was out and my dress was a mess. more

I was really looking forward to wedding gown shopping until I got to Ashleys Bridal. When I walked in, a man from the tuxedo shop below greeted us and unhooked the roping that had blocked the stair case to the bridal shop. Then he proceeded to tell me the girl who was suppossed to be there today called out sick. My appt was for 1:45. Why they couldn't get someone else to come in or atleast bother to call me and let me know about this is beyond me. I would have rescheduled. more

Being one of five girls I have had my share of bridal shop experiences. Now that it was my turn as The Bride, I was a little leery of going and finding my dream dress. I had no idea what I was looking for or what to expect. Ashley?s was one of the first stores I looked. When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by John and his staff and immediately felt comfortable. I didn?t feel like I was just another bride walking in an assembly line like some other shops. They chose a variety of styles and selections for me and were honest with each dress I tried on. You may hear many ?brides-to-be? say ?this place made me feel special.? I truly mean it when I say Ashley?s made me feel like one of a kind. I was given personal attention and great advice from John and his staff. Because every bride wants everything to be perfect, I had a million questions and John answered every one. It was reassuring to hear him say ?that?s what we?re here for.? Needless to say I found the perfect dress. Their prices are reasonable and their sale promotions are great (I was able to buy my dress and get free alterations! It was hard to beat that deal!) The experience I had at Ashley?s was awesome. It just goes to show that it?s not always just about the dress; it?s how you?re made to feel once you put that dress on. You never forget the day you find your wedding dress. I happened to fall into Ashley's almost by accident. I had found the ""perfect"" dress I wanted online however was unable to find it at any of the stores. I was told the dress was a discontoinued style. I decided to make one more call to Ashley's to get the best news.. The dress was not discontinued and it could be ordered as soon as I was ready. The dress arrived within days and a wonderful relationship with Ashley's Bridal began. Pros: customer service, knowledgable staff, large dress selection more

I love walking into Ashley's Bridal and being greeted by name! I first experienced Ashley's 5 years ago as my sister's maid of honor. All the dresses and tuxes were ordered through them then, so there was no doubt in my mind that I should go to Ashley's for my wedding. They were all patient with my out of town maid of honor and pregnant matron of honor and my indecisiveness over choosing a gown. Once everything was ordered, Connie was able to do all the alterations I needed after losing weight and did so quickly. I loved the experience of being able to go in with my mom, bridal party and flower girl and have us all try on our dresses and get alterations. Great personal touch and very helpful - down to every detail! If I'm ever in another wedding, I will be going back to Ashley's! Pros: selection, service, quick alterations more

Ashley's Bridal was wonderful to work with. They were my first stop when looking for wedding gowns because I favored a designer they carried. After looking around I wound up going back to them because they had my dream dress. I actually wound up getting my bridesmaids dresses as well as the grooms tuxes from there too. They had a great variety. They are very friendly and know you by name. Their hours are flexible and their staff knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Ashley's Bridal and truly enjoyed making appointments and coming in to see them throughout the wedding process to try on my gown and have alterations done. I went to about 10 different Bridal Shops before I found Ashley's. Every single one of them I did not get the ""wow"" factor with. I contacted the owner about the dress I absolutely loved and from then on I was amazed...even though they did not carry that particular dress they bent over backwards to ensure that I got it. I did know to order way ahead of time because this was an out of season dress, so there was no issue there. All the employees were very pleasant and the prices were incredible. I also had the alterations done there and they were done so quick I couldn't believe it. Everything about the place was just impecable. I will recommend Ashley's to not only brides, but those who are looking for formal wear as well as I was extremely pleased by every last detail. This store kept me waiting until the last minute for my flower girl dress. It was not delivered by the promised date and was also ordered incorrectly. When the correct dress finally did come in 5 days before my wedding, the on site seamstress stood up my confirmed fitting appointment for the flower girl and had her husband tell me it was my misunderstanding. She then tried charging me for the alterations done, but wouldn't speak with me to discuss the charges or her lack of customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Ashley?s Bridal. John, Connie and Rose were all fantastic! Rose was very patient and helpful when I was trying on the large variety of dresses they had. After many hours devoted to searching, I knew I had found my dress. I was incredibly nervous though, because I am quite short and I was not sure how everything would look once alterations were done and complete. Connie took me under her wing. She talked me through every step and we met frequently to make sure it was EXACTLY how I wanted it. She even let me come in on a day the shop was closed so I could have one last look before everything was finalized. Connie?s careful eye to detail helped my dress become everything that I wanted it to be. I would highly recommend any bride going to Ashley?s. more

I visited this bridal store a couple of months ago, and let me tell you my horrible experience. I had to wait a very long time before anyone even acknowledged me. Once I was acknowledged, I told the lady helping me the style I was looking for and she rudely brought me to some dresses that looked nothing like what I explained. On top of that she handed me some other dresses and walked away. How am I supposed to look at/try on dresses by myself? The dresses were dirty and had lipstick all over it. This was no way to envision my special day. Pros: big selection Cons: everything other than the pro's above more

It is unfortunate that just anybody can say whatever they want to say with no actual facts to back up their claim especially when the information they write is completely incorrect. In response to ""customer unhappy"" below, she claims we were keeping her product and the money. What she failed to mention is that we were ordering her a brand new gown not one from our store. She also fails to mention that she signed a contract knowing that no refunds is our company policy to cover all costs including the gown that we specially ordered for this bride that we are now stuck with. She also tried calling us over the course of 3 days while we were on vacation and she was told that we would call her back when we returned but that was not quick enough for her. When we called her back, she knew that she was not getting her deposit back and apologized for all of the calls. She told me the wedding was not going to happen because her ""boyfriend patched things up with his wife"". Maybe that is why she did not sign her name to this comment. We pride ourselves for our incredible selection of gowns reasonable prices and our customer service. more

I went to Ashley's Bridal Shoppe in June to look for wedding gowns. I had been to some other bridal salons and also to one of the large bridal warehouses and felt like the service was a bit pushy. Ashley's offered me a different experience entirely. Liz, who helped me select and try on gowns, was wonderful. She was helpful and honest and very easy-going. She spent two hours with me and helped me find the perfect dress-a Maggie Soterro gown. My dress has some intricate detail so I was shocked when I learned how inexpensive it was. Since I purchased my gown, I sent some emails to the store to ask some questions about bridesmaid dresses. John, the owner, has always gotten back to me quickly and efficiently. I am definitely going to Ashley's for my bridal party attire and for my alterations. I highly recommend Ashley's to anyone who wants high quality dresses and high quality service. more
