Horrible customer service, sold me a dresser with a drawer that didn't match and won't go all they way in- with a promise that they would get me a new one. The replacement drawers did not match nor would they fit in the slot. Their response? Order me all new drawers and all new gliders from all over the country... are these possibly going to match?? I still haven't seen any of these and they never call me back - I must have called them 15 times since June. BEWARE!! Don't spend your money at a business that doesn't care about you after they have it! more

I would not give the Ashley's Furniture Store in Union, MO any stars, but I had to for this site. I purchased furniture in November 2010 and am still waiting for an issue to be resolved. I contacted the corporate Ashley Furniture and was told that they are concerned about my situation, but the Union, MO store is independently owned so they make their own policies. Lesson learned: DON'T BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND OR GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCT! FIND A BETTER QUALITY FURNITURE STORE AND PAY THE LITTLE EXTRA FOR GOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE!! YOU'LL AVOID A LOT OF STRESS! more

Buyer beware! These are the shadiest people around. I went here first to make a purchase. The salesperson (owner's daughter) was obnoxious and flat out lied to me! I had heard bad things about the store but thought I'd give it a shot. What a waste of time. Wish I'd read the other reveiws first! I ended up going elsewhere. more

DISGUSTED & REVOLTED: To say the least! I shopped for a few weeks for an entire bedroom set. Came to a decision to purchase locally; unfortunately, the reputable Union Furniture was out of my budget ): \r I ordered & PAID for a (6) piece bedroom set In late February 2010 & it was promised in 4-6 weeks! After 8-weeks went by, I had to call to find out that it may be an additional 2-weeks - after that I had to call again - needless to say --- IT'S JUNE 4, 2010 AND STILL NO FURNITURE --- STILL NO PHONE CALL -- every time I CALL they tell me 2 more weeks. Then had the audacity to offer me free delivery 3 miles away, which, I had to beg for. Everytime I call to speak to one of their: staggering, repulsive, and absolutely horrendous staff, I get more angry. Seriously, people - YOU WONDER WHY YOU ARE BARELY IN BUSINESS! The store manager is well aware of my sabbatical buch chooses to delegate the problem thru one of her superb customer service reps - WOMAN, you should be ashamed: ""Whatever you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it"".
