Nice Place to Live 12/11/2011

Have lived here for a few months now. The office staff is great and very helpful when I've had problems. They sent maintenance out right away when I needed them. From talking with neighbors this place has gotten a LOT better than it used to be, but I'd still like a bit more out of the amenities. No one uses the tennis court or sand volley ball court. Why can't we turn them into something else? But it has been a good experience so far, Oh, and the other review was wrong. They close their gates at 5-6ish. more

Not worth your hard earned dollars 12/24/2007

Figuring it is located in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, it would appear at first glance to be a nice safe place to live. It has been about 5 years that I've lived there and in pervious years there has been trouble but now it has gone down hill fast! Things take forever to get fixed, even if they are a safety issue such as lighting in the parking lot or a pedestrian gate that can be easily opened from the outside so people that don't live there can come in and break into cars and apartments. Trash is thrown on the ground within steps of the trash bin and the main gate has been broke so that it does not close at all. I suggest that if you want to spend at least $900 to over a $1000 per month, save your money and don't rent here. I'm geting out as soon as it is financially possible for me. Pros: beautifully landscaped and in the lovely Pocket/Greenhaven area Cons: trash thrown around, broken ""security"" fences & lights more
