These guys made an appointment window from 4-5pm. They were in my driveway before I pulled up at 3:58. Both the guys were professional & knowledgable. They educated me about my house. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me things that I didn't need or scam me in any way. And they didn't leave a mess when they left (I admit that I was worried about this). Loved them & would call them again.
