If you are looking for drop dead gorgeous, this is it, too bad he is married. Art has been in practice at this spot for close to 25 years and I have been a patient for almost that long. Friendly and efficient he has taken care of my tootsies for a long time. His office might be small but he is up to date and the whirlpools and foot massages are tops. One price of his success is that as his patient load has grown, he has less time to spend with his patients. He is not cutting corners, patient care is still tops but he does not always have the time to chat as he once did. Unfortunately he has recently cut back his office hours so it has become a little more difficult to see him, he is now open one Saturday for the month and no longer has evening hours. He takes most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. He is located on the Concourse just off Fordham Road which makes him centrally located.
