Very rude gentleman on the phone. He will not get my business, or anyone I know. He made it clear that he's not hurting for business, nor did he make any effort to get my business. Instead, he insulted me, and recognizes the fact that he insulted me. I've never got a double slap in the face in one phone call. The teenagers at Hobby Lobby understand customer service better than this wacko. (And from what I've heard, they have a better product than this joker, too).
