I'm revising my review, below, I still give it three stars -- which, based on City Search's criteria, means ""Yes, It's Good.""
To follow up... they did replace the lenses at no charge, which was awesome and beyond the call of duty. But they also sent me a snarky email about this review, asking that I find a new optical store to deal with -- which seems a little over the top. When I have more time, I'll recount my experience in detail.
Spent over $1000 on glasses. Service was... not even close to okay. Took nearly two months and repeated (six) visits to iron out the problems.
But now I'm rethinking things. Our puppy bit my glasses (doh!) and Art of Optiks is trying to get a new lens for me at no cost.
At least they are trying....
