Service/ Staff 3/11/2011

I walked into Arrowhead Archery, at the request of a co-worker. Will & his father shoot Video Bow leagues there. WONDERFUL Facillity,.....The Guy behind the counter was SUPER! He answered ALL my questions,.. took care of his other customers for Video shoots,.. even entertained the children. Now THAT IS Above & beyond the call of Duty! I tried a New Mathews Extreme,.... WOW! This bow was SET Up for ME,... & all I wanted to do was LOOk at one. I wish I could remember this guys name, because he assembled a rest, sight, & FULLY adjusted this bow to me in hopes I would like it. Idid,... & when I get ready to move up to the Extreme,.... I"ll be going back to purchase my bow at ARROWHEAD ARCHERY more

rude and horrible service 2/12/2011

I went in there looking to get help and set up on a traditional bow. When told him the person that came over my problem he told my that I didn't know what I was talking about and said to go home and practice and said there was nothing he would do to help me. So I then asked to buy a few 600 carbons and apparently they do not carry these or at least that's what the person said. They may be great for compound people but if your traditional I advise to stay as far from these people as possible. more

Hi My name is Ron Betts Im a avid bow hunter from Charlotte and I cant say enough good things about Arrowhead Archery and there staff. I have bought three bows and numerous accessories over the years from them, there service is one in its own top notch, friendly, fast, above and beyond, i have found that they have just about everything your looking for when it comes to Archery products, I would recommend Arrowhead Archery to anyone that is serious about there Archery needs and products. more
