I am having bad luck with pool contractors. Compnay that built my pool was terrible and the service I got from Arrow was also poor. The guys come for minimal time and do almost nothing. You call and complain and they promise better service then same thing tow weeks later. D- at best. more

Arrow Custom Pools poor service record 9/14/2011

We found this company very unprofessional. I had 4 appointments in a row for a system repair where they simply did not show up. They didn't call before or after to explain and the customer service rep Steve could only come up with a weather related excuse. more

Arrow great service1 Arista great builder 11/12/2008

I have the nicest pool in the neighborhood. Its an ARISTA POOL.  My most recent compliments have been, "it looks like the layout in a magazine," and "you really are an artist." A close friend thinks our backyard should be attached to a fancy villa, and my mother doesn't understand why we recently took a vacation since no resort could compare. We came to Arista Pools on the recommendation of a friend who had used them   I am glad that my friend encouraged me because It ended up being a really positive experience. Arista really kept their crews going seamlessly.Arista also recommended Arrow to open and close the pool.Arrow does a wonderful job Arista and Arrow a great combination. more

great company 11/4/2005

We developed a leak in our pool in our underground drain. We were losing water and didn't know why till Arrow Pool company came and sent a "diver" down to shoot dye into the bottom drain. After finding out what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it, Arrow was real good to suggest we simply close off the bottom drain ourselves. I found that this was great of the company to actually suggest a solution without trying to get money out of us to fix the problem. We did close the drain and, knock on wood, two summers later the pool is working fine. more
