I inherited an older house, and it hadn't been lived in for 3 years. There was work to be done, I did as much as I could, but when I needed help fast, I looked in the phone book. I called several companies, but Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating were the only people who said yes they could come out right away on short notice. The man who came out was prompt, polite and very professional. I was very happy with the service and would use them again. more

My husband and I have been using Arnold & Sons for the last seven years. We discovered them initially through an ad in the phone book, and had such good results that we continue to call them for any plumbing issues that arise. Recently, we had them install a new sump pump, and they also rerouted our outdoor spigots when we had a new porch built. We like Arnold & Sons because of their fair pricing, and ability to get to us in a timely fashion. Their employees are also very personable and professional. We have been consistently satisfied with their workmanship, and so have recommended them to others. Don't hesitate to give them a call. more

Responsive and professional. 8/16/2011

I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating the day before for a leaky faucet and a couple of toilets. He gave me two choices of times for the following day. The next morning, he gave me a call before he arrived which worked out since I live in a condo and I had to go out to flag him down. He fixed everything quickly and was on his way. He was fast and professional and I'd use them again. more

Professional and convenient. 8/15/2011

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating came when there was a problem. Then, when my pipe split, they came back to fix it. Luckily, I was home the second time to turn the water off so it didn't flood my basement. It took a few hours for someone to come by for repairs the second time. I looked in the phone book, found Arnold & Sons, and called them up. I had them come out and give me a quote, but even though I thought the estimate was a little on the high end, I told them to go ahead and do the work. It went great! I would use them again. more

Arnold & Sons did a good job. They put a shower in the basement, and a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal in the kitchen. They were on time, did good, clean work, and everything looks good and works well. more

The plumber that handled my shower hardware installation upgrade was excellent and very professional. 7/1/2011

My situation was going to need some special parts. The plumber from Arnolds took the time to call suppliers, to pick up the part, and even better, found a way to get the job done without the part which saved me money because he took the part back to the supplier. I would definately call them again if I have a plumbing need. more

Our most recent visit from Arnold and Sons again met all my expectations. The problem was resolved in a very professional manor and I knew exactly what work was going to be done and much it would cost. Tyler did a great job of making sure nothing outside of the job was damaged and he cleaned up after the job was done. Tyler seems to be a great asset to the company. more

Whenever we have a plumbing issue, we'll call Arnold & Sons. 6/8/2011

We had used Arnold & Sons before, and the guy that came to the house was actually the same plumber who had come back before. It was nice to have that kind of continuity in it, as I've got two kids, my husband was at work, and I'm not from the Peoria area. It's nice knowing the person that comes to the house. Everything went fine. The plumber started with what the immediate problem was, then he moved on to find what the main problem was and corrected it from there. The price hurt, but whatever, at least it's fixed. I just feel that it's really difficult to let a stranger into your home, but I felt comfortable letting this plumber in, and letting him come back.
