Very unprofessional business. I brought several shirts to be taken in and was told I couldn't have them back for over a week and given a pickup date. Went on that date, but store was inexplicably closed all afternoon long. Went back later in the day and left several voicemails but received no return phone calls (I was moving out of state the following day and needed the shirts for an event the following week). Finally reached them the following week, and business "claimed" to have left me a voicemail on my cellphone and called my cellphone (despite my cellphone being on all weekend long and my receiving no calls/messages), then promised they would mail them the next day if i promised to mail a check, as I needed them that week. I mailed a check that same day but later found out items were not mailed out until several days later, after my check was cashed and after several more phone calls. Then they "claimed" they mailed the items but they were returned undelivered to them, but the local post office verified they had never been sent. When I finally received the shirts they were not hemmed at all along the bottom as we'd discussed so after the whole 3-week long ordeal and over $100 I need to go and have them tailored elsewhere. more

This company did the alterations on my friends wedding dress. It was the easiest part of pulling her whole wedding together is what I was told. She simply just stood there, allowed the seamstress to make whatever adjustments needed to be made, came back a week later and it was perfect. She swears she will send everyone she knows to this place. The cost was way below what you would expect to pay for wedding dress alterations. more
