I was nervous about selling my gold. I went to a few of the cash for gold places and found some pretty shady! Arden Jewelers is amazing. The Jewelry store is nice place and the gentleman that helped me made me feel entirely comfortable. The gemologist jewelry buyer explained the whole process and he me understand how jewelry gets its value. Plus, they gave me $340 more than any other place offered. These guys are the best. I am so pleased to have found Arden Jewelers. more

Terrible store! I tried to sell a ring here but the guy would not accept it. He insisted I sell it to Craigslist instead. WTF? Why the heck did you just say? Thumbs down for this poor excuse of a jewelry store. I went to Sharif's Jewelry store just down the road and sold that same ring for $160. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone looking to sell their jewelry. more

I wanted to sell my jewelry not scrap gold. Cash for gold places were just offering me the value of the gold. It was fair price for the gold only but I had a nice engagement ring with a quality diamond. I found a gemologist jeweler that understood the true value of my jewelry. I had to sell some jewelry to pay bills. I want around in the Sacramento area and found 5 places that buy jewelry. The lowest offered $100 and the highest Arden Jewelers offered $625. By the way the next highest was $600 the others were in the $300 range. Even though the people at Arden were nice and knowledgeable it was because they paid me more money that I sold to them. more

Arden Jewelers is the best cash for gold jewelry store in Sacramento. They are easy to deal with when I sold my jewelry. They made me feel at ease and explained about my jewelry. I only went to 2 places but I knew I found the right place to sell my jewelry for cash. Arden paid the highest price for my gold jewelry. And if I can say one more thing, being older it was nice to deal with professionals. It feels to me that now days the professional attitude with respect is becoming a rare thing in America. Finding the right engagement ring can be very hard. I looked at over 1000 rings. Some were very nice but priced way to high. Others look like they would not last the honeymoon. I was able to get a one carat center diamond very bright and sparkly and a platinum ring with a few side stones all for under $5500!!! That was at least a thousand dollars less then the next best deal. Angelo was very knowledgeable and showed the diamond grades very clearly to me. Realize I heard the 4 c's talk four times before. But he made it understandable and showed why it is important to the price. A family run jewelry store where they took the time with me was worth all the time it took to find them. The one thing I like beside more money was they took the time to explain my jewelry to me. They had some nice jewelry in the shop.
