After moving out I received a bill for $1,100 key return fee 11/6/2009

I met with the manager on site to sign 30 day notice to move, gave permission for walk thru while I wasn't home, after moving a couple months later received letter stating Key wasn't returned, called & complied with mailing $10 and copy of my drivers license. 3 more months go by and I receive a letter stating I owed $1,100 as I didn't return key which meant I never moved out and this amount needed to be paid!! I was outraged contacted the manager and got no where, then I received another letter from collection agency, with additional charges now up to $1,300 and is on my credit report. My credit report is impeccable or was now I am forced to either pay this amount or retain an attorney. Beware of this is you are considering moving here as it is can severly damage your credit. Pros: Nice area, conveniently located Cons: Not accomodating in needed repairs, Extremely poor managment more

ummm.....expensive...mgmt strict 2/5/2009

The location is the only good thing about this place. Close to fw, shopping, eats, ect. However, mgmt is very strict on lease terms. People have unforseen emergencies and mgmt has no soft spot for those that have to break their leases. \r The $50 pet fee each month is a joke. And you have 2 1/2 days to pay your rent....or else. On the 3rd day, you have to pay by 9:00 am, or else get a late fee, that multiplys quickly. \r Rent is over priced, for apartments that should be considered more like a studio then a 1 bd. \r Pros: close to shopping, fw Cons: mgmt, price more

Trust me.. for $1800/mo You Can Do a LOT Better 11/25/2008

Very nice apartment complex, well maintained, close to 101Fwy and major businesses. Now for the bad parts. No parking control.. you get one assigned car port and that's it, the rest is up for grabs. Every time I get home after 5pm the place is full and I'm forced to park on city streets and walk back. Very expensive to rent. Noisy during the day due to constant maintenance. Poor customer service. To own a pet you have to pay $50 per month for EACH pet. And last but not least... and most important... they now prohibit anyone from keeping a BBQ on their porches/balconies due to some BS reason about fire codes. Pros: Appearance and amenities Cons: Parking, Customer Service, Noise more

I wish I had never lived here 11/6/2008

I don't know how else to do this, so I'll just create a list of pros and cons (in my opinion):\r \r Pros:\r - Easy access to the 101\r - Several places to eat nearby\r \r Cons:\r - We were told that our patio would be cleaned before we moved in which never happened\r - Within 2 weeks of moving in, it was apparent that the hot water tank was not working which took days to be repaired (cold showers are no fun!)\r - I have not seen the treadmill working once in my 7 months here and now the entire gym has been closed to ""renovate"" (I wonder how long this will take)\r - The nearest laundry facility has had only 1 out of 3 washers working for several weeks\r - For months we have not been able to use our balconies due to metal workers, carpenters, and painters, the work of which has been extremely sub-par. I'm confident high school kids in shop class could do a better job without making as much noise early each morning and without spilling as much paint on our things.\r - We have seen both pools and hot tubs out of service and it has taken weeks for those to be repaired\r - The tennis courts are nearly a lie! They failed to mention when we were signing the lease that only ONE tenant from the WHOLE property can use the tennis courts at a time, and can only do so while the leasing office is open.\r - The landscapers make LOTS of noise each day they work, so if you work from home (as I do) this can be extremely irritating and disruptive\r - We are extremely clean tenants and have had recurring problems with ants and mlce being present in the apartment\r \r It is my opinion that the complex is run by a less than professional staff who doesn't care about the quality or condition of its premises. I would go out of my way to make sure a friend didn't rent here. more
