I was treated by Dr. Berg at their office on 32nd Street. Dr. Berg is easily described as an unprofessional and awful doctor that speaks to patients in a condescending and arrogant manner and is unwilling to consult with your primary care physician as well as being uninterested in any of your personal concerns for your treatment. Not only was he demeaning to myself in front of others patients and staff, I have never been spoken to in such a way. I have worked in the medical field for 4 years now and if any of my clients were to be treated in that manner I would advise them as I did to file a complaint with the Department of HEalth. In addition to the awful treatment I received at his office, his office staff is unwilling to hear your concerns, return your phone calls or work with you in any manner. I would highly recommend that you do NOT even step a foot in this office, let alone that horrid man touch you or participate in your medical treatment in anyway.
