Initial phone call turned me away 10/15/2010

I grew up in the Mequon/Thiensville area and now live in Chicago. My mother recently passed away, and she was the primary care giver for her 95 year old mother, my grandmother. When families start to think about options for care for their aging family members, there is a lot of emmotion and hesitation involved. more
