We've had previous plumbers out, and they wanted to charge a lot more. Anthony was the head plumber from Aqueduct, and he was wonderful. He suggested something for only a fraction of the cost, and even though he said it was a beginning step, so far it has fixed our problem. I think they have solved the issue, hopefully. They were very honest and knowledgeable. more

Hot Water Heater Not Working 8/17/2012

Called to schedule service and when we described the problem with our hot water heater we were given options to try so that we could fix it ourselves. IT WORKED!! We even received a courtesy call after a couple hours to see if we still needed to schedule service. I was so thrilled to have a company that really tried to help us without charging us a dime! Wish more companies would show this level of service. Will definitely be back when we have plumbing or air problems! more

A Professional Plumbing Experience 8/9/2012

Aqueduct Plumbing and Air installed a dishwasher in our house. When we had it installed they were willing to go to Sears to pick up the dishwasher, which was just so nice. They brought it to our house and installed it. When they left they even took the old dishwasher to disposed of it for us. We are busy professionals and they were able to do all of this without us being there. My mother-in-law was in the house but she did not have to do anything because they took care of it all. We appreciate the professional service we received from Aqueduct. more

Quick and timely. 8/8/2012

I have worked with other companies in the past and found it very difficult to get people out when they said. I called and scheduled with Aqueduct Plumbing and Air, and they were very timely. They actually came earlier than the time they said, and they were very good about communicating when they would be here. They got here very quickly and did a great job. more

They answered the phone! 6/10/2012

After calling 3 other places where I only got answering machines I called Aqueduct and someone answered the phone! Amazingly they were able to send someone out that day. They were actually able to come a couple hours earlier than they expected. The service men were extremely professional, and did a greaat job. I would definately use Aqueduct again. more

Excellent. 4/25/2012

I am very happy with Tony from Aqueduct Plumbing and Air. He has done many jobs around my house. He remodeled a bathroom for me. He took out an old shower, he installed the toilet, he rerouted the plumbing, and he did a wonderful job. My grandsons love that shower now. He has done other smaller things, like put in a faucet outside. He has also installed a sump pump. I am very happy with his service. Anything a plumber can do, Tony can do plus some more. If I call him and ask him to come, he will be at the door on time, with a smile on his face. more

Reliable, quality service 3/19/2012

I have been using Aqueduct Plumbing and Air for a while now. They put in a new type of water heater which was tank-less, they fixed water lines in my ice maker, changed my kitchen faucets, and fixed two toilets. He has done a lot of work for me and I will keep going back to him for the security I feel in the quality of their work. He does just excellent work at prices matching that of his competitors. more

Anthony and Aqueduct 3/10/2012

Our sump issues held us hostage to our house for fear we would be gone and the electricity would go out, thereby flooding our basement. We first came in contact with Aqueduct when we had a pipe leaking to our washer. We called them and they came when they said they would, did the job in a timely and professional manner. He was also very friendly and caring. The second time I called them on a Sunday crying when the electricity went out during a storm and fried the sump, the backup sump and the battery backup. water was pouring in. We were bailing as fast as we could. They came immediately and replaced the primary sump. Again we were hostage to the house until we had the money to do the rest. Recently we gathered the funds to add the backup pump and battery backup. Anthony once again came at our convenience with the usual smile and friendly demeanor and got the job done. I gave him the biggest hug because I feel free to leave the house without worry. Aqueduct will always be our first choice. more
