The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put ...

Jake and Nick set the standard for service. All companies would be well-served if they had service technicians of this caliber. Aquarius has great talent in these two men --- and I presume the company is thrilled to have them as employees. Pat C was my service provider. He arrived early in the time allowed, was very friendly, courteous, made sure the salt was added to the tank, asked if I had any questions, made sure water was okay and did a great job. more

I was very happy with Trevor. He called ahead and arrived in the selected time frame. He was very professional and polite. He did a very good job of explaining every thing he did. I liked the idea of seeing his picture before his arrival. Your company is lucky to have an employee like Trevor. I wish I were his Grandma. I would have liked to give him a BIG Hug. more

Exemplary Customer Service 2/2/2016

Aquarius has customer service figured out. Everyone we worked with on our purchase and installation went out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction. Computer glitches that might have derailed some organizations, were handled deftly, swiftly and in such manner as to impress me with their concern for customer satisfaction. I must offer special recognition to Dave, our plumber/installer. His attention to detail and his drive to ensure the installation was done 'right', as opposed to just being done so he could get out of there impressed me no end. Probably because I see such qualities expended so seldom these days. Our installation proved more difficult than anticipated, and in my estimation Dave went above and beyond as we worked through several issues to find solutions. Never once did I hear a complaint; rather, he offered ideas, options and work-arounds designed to ensure our installation met both his, and our, high standards. I find, unfortunately, the superior level of customer service provided by Aquarius to be rather rare. They truly earned this superlative review. more

New Water Softener 12/31/15 1/5/2016

We decided to change from a Culligan System to a Kinetico System a while back. Once we contacted Aquarius we received an immediate response and a water analysis appointment was scheduled. Emily was very professional and recommended the equipment we needed based on the condition of our well water. There was no pressure but we had pretty much made up our mind before she left. We scheduled the installation for New Years Eve day. If was so nice for them to accomodate us for installation on this day. Overall it was a nice experience from start to finish and would recommend Aquarius to anyone considering installation of water treatment equipment. more

Jason installed a preowned water softner that needed some extra cleaning on it to make it work properly and did a very professional job and explained everything he was doing and demonstrated how to do the regular maintenance. Very Satisfied. more

Kinetico is amazing! 12/4/2015

From the start, the customer service was great! We had no idea where to start getting a new water softener and from the first phone call, all of the stress was gone! Kevan came to our house to see our (old) water softening system and to test our water. He was very professional and very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions, tested our water and knew exactly what to show us based on our budget. Once we decided, the installation process was just as smooth. John gave us a courtesy call of when he was in the area. He worked very efficiently, took our old system out and installed the new. Very clean and respectable. When he was finished working he talked me through step by step on how to change the filter/check the pressure/add salt, etc. Both employees left their number and told us to call if we have any questions that come up. It definitely gave us peace of mind knowing Kinetico Aquarius Plumbing & Water Conditioning will be there for us!! more

From the initial phone call to the project completion all the staff and service members were great. Kevan who came out for the consult was very helpful and a super nice guy. John who was the plumber and who did all of the installation did a fantastic job and fixed a faucet I was having an issue with. Can't say enough about the service and promptness...great job! more

Dr. Wade to the Rescue 10/12/2015

Wade carefully diagnosed our water problem and offered a solution. The impressive part is that our ferrous iron issue could easily have been overlooked, but Wade kept digging for answers. I am confident his solution will prove to be a long-term answer to our water issue. more
