I'm a travel agent and an international personal concierge who got a request at 9:30am for an 11am double massage today. Love a challenge. They all have tickets for the theatre this evening and this was a last minute request. So I had to make it work. As a travel agent on spafinder.com I knew right where to begin! After several unanswered calls to day spas I find Agnes!!!! I explained the client's request and, even though they were VERRRRY booked, she hung up with me called in another therapist, and immediately made the arrangements! Because one of the clients was an experienced spa patron and her companion was not, I requested that they be placed in the same room for their treatments. Even at this short notice the request was instantly and happily granted. Life is good and my clients think I'm rock star. THEN--- the clients are an hour late for their next event today so I call the spa to make sure they got there safely, Agnes said, sweetly, "They are STILL HEEERE and I refuse to kick them out! They are sipping tea and chatting" (This was a HALF HOUR after the massages). So i knew they were in excellent hands and just fine! Then I hear from the experienced spa client that the experience was "tremendous!...incredible... a very good choice... Thank you so much!" Longer shorter: I didn't even care that I won't earn my commission on the booking! Agnes and her team made my clients so very pleased and exceeded their expectations so greatly (and mine), I achieved my responsibility to please my client and I remain a "rock star" in her book. Thanks so much Aqua Pearl Day Spa! The client and her guest could not be happier!
