We love what they did to my washer. We recently had a problem with our washer power that was going in and out. We gave their number a call after we got it from surfing the internet for local service repairs. The operator was very nice and friendly and set us a schedule early the next day. They repaired my trusted old refrigerator in just a couple of minutes. I was really desperate to get it fixed immediately because it was summer season when my fridge decided to stop working. My friend told me about their great repair service that’s why I called them right away. I love the way their customer service operators answered my call. She had a pleasant voice and was very polite. She gave me a 2 hour window for their technician to arrive in our home. The repair man arrived an hour and a half and rang our doorbell. I was very pleased to see him and was hoping that he could repair my refrigerator as soon as possible. He went to troubleshoot my fridge and found the problem right away. He slowly explained to me that there are certain parts that needs replacement and told me the cost of each part. I gave him a go signal and he went up to his van to get the parts he needed and then replaced the old right away. After awhile he finished the job and cleaned everything up. He even gave me some great tips on how to take care of my newly repaired refrigerator. He was very friendly, polite, honest and reliable.
