Quality operation, wonderful people, reasonable prices, timely scheduling to get job done. 9/11/2014

I'm a big fan. First, the people who answer the phone and schedule service are very caring and helpful. If no appointments available that same, they'll offer call you if time becomes available...and they actually do! Or you can set up a scheduled time. Travis is the 2nd technician to visit my house and I'm thinking all their technicians must be amazing: knowledgeable, informative, hardworking, and just plain nice. He showed me price estimates up front (very reasonable), offered options, told me exactly what he would do, showed and explained to me what he did, and after unexpected problems arose, he stayed beyond normal working hours to get the job done that same day. A true professional all around. Highly recommend!! more

  • Appleton Campbell was founded in 1976 by the current President's grandfather, Jim Appleton. It is family owned and operated with a strong focus on employee, community and customer relations. The company holds a Class A license with masters in Plumbing, HVAC, Gas Fitter and Electrical as well as certified geothermal design and install. The technicians receive paid training for both technical knowledge and customer service. The service technicians work on flat rate pricing which means they quote the jobs upfront and get approval prior to starting the work. Customers do not have pricing surprises at the end of the job, do not pay for a slower technician, and do not have to pay any additional charges for parts to be delivered to their home. Appleton Campbell has a strong code of ethics and operates with Honesty, Integrity and Experience. After over 30 years in business, the company had its first IRS audit and was proud to announce that no changes to the tax return were required.
