I am an 83 year old homeowner that needed a nimble, thin service technician to restore a partial power outage in my home. There were areas that I just could not get to in order to find the problem. The Appleton Campbell Gold Seal was what convinced me to call for service. James, the serviceman arrived, actually listened to what I had to say and went to work. The man was courteous, did everything right, using his training and years of experience located the problem, made the repair. Viola! Lights! James is a good representative for his company. I surely will call Appleton-Campbell again if needed. more

The company holds a Class A license with masters in Plumbing, HVAC, Gas Fitter and Electrical as well as certified geothermal design and install. The technicians receive paid training for both technical knowledge and customer service. The service technicians work on flat rate pricing which means they quote the jobs upfront and get approval prior to starting the work. Customers do not have pricing surprises at the end of the job, do not pay for a slower technician, and do not have to pay any additional charges for parts to be delivered to their home. Appleton Campbell has a strong code of ethics and operates with Honesty, Integrity and Experience. After over 30 years in business, the company had its first IRS audit and was proud to announce that no changes to the tax return were required.
