One of the worst instances of service I have ever received was at this restaurant. Upon asking for the manager, he was also not trained very well in customer service. Very disappointed. I've been to many Applebees throughout the U.S. and this one was by far the worst. The food is usually good, but in this case... nothing was good. They were overcrowded and clearly they could not handle the business.
