Applebees usually always has good food - but that can be expected of a decently sized national chain, so that can explain why sometimes they are so busy that you have to wait long amounts of time to even get seated. The only thing that bugged me was that they had a different person seat me, bring me water, take my order, bring me my food, and bring me my meal. I wasn't sure who to tip and a lot of the things that I requested (such as a straw or something) was lost in translation. I would still go here again though!
