Our first visit to this Applebees was really nice. The wait staff was fast and friendly and our meals arrived hot and in a timely manner. This is why we chose to go back for a second meal, only this time, things were much different.
Even though they were not very busy, the staff seemed to be not taking care of their tables. Upon sitting we were asked about drinks, my husband asked for something from the bar which took almost 20 mins to arrive! He also asked for a glass of water that never did come. We waited for what seemed like forever for our meals and then 1/2 mine wasn't there when the food finally did arrive. The waitress said she would run and get what I was missing but again, 20 mins later and both of us nearly done before she came back with the missing items. Never once did she apologise for the tardiness of the service or food. It definately turned us off from going back a 3rd time.
