Service A Pleasant Experience 1/3/2014

I recently purchased a 2013 Elantra and brought it in for an oil change. The service personnel were extremely accommodating. My car was service on time and quickly. My only complaint was the lack of parking and it is my hope that the dealership will address the need for additional parking soon in the garage area. more

Outstanding customer service 12/17/2013

Not to fault apple valley hyundai the service center seemed understaffed (I was surprised they were open despite the snow…) The service was estimated at a 3 hour wait but I was there for about 4.5 hours. Vehicles outside the showroom made the drive to the service center a little tight. Time aside no problems with the visit. Courteous/attentive staff. Clean facilities. Given the option of a local ride @ no additional cost. more
