We've only had our windows installed for about 3 weeks but we are thrilled with them in that short time. Everytime I drive in the driveway I notice how great our windows look! They are beautiful from the inside as well! We live on the main road in our subdivision and we have certainly noticed the reduction in street and sidewalk noise. The Apex salesman was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. If you're looking for new windows, please call this company, I believe you'll be quite pleased!!\r \r Susan W. more

This is the first time we have ever purchased anything from an in home visit. We have been very pleased with the results. \r \r The Apex salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful, helping us make the right decisions for our needs.\r \r The installation was an easy process, and the installers made sure we were prepared, answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. In a day and a half we had 9 new windws and a new back door.\r \r We are thrilled with the efficiency, noise reduction and look of the windows. The windows open and close smooth as butter, both for air flow and cleaning purpuses. \r \r We highly recommended Apex for their service and their products. more

Apologies to the homeowner having dinner - as several tried working for the company but they can't seem to follow standard rules.\r \r It appears employment laws do not apply to them either, as they are currently (intentionally) withholding payment. This is being reported! more

I was very disappointed when an Apex Sales associate rang our doorbell at dinner time, ignoring the ""Please no solicitors, thank you"" sign in the window. When pointing to the sign he indicated he saw the sign and insisted he was not selling anything. However, ""20 of my neighbors were very interested in what he had to say"". Very disappointing that a representative would even ring the doorbell. I will not do business with this company.\r \r more

This is the first time we have ever purchased anything from an in home visit vs. store purchase. The entire process was very positive from the initial meeting in our home to the installation. We found some of the pro's to be the following: 1. Apex salesman very knowledgeable and prepared. 2. Presentation very organized and detailed, cutting down on hours spent at local building supply store. 3. Questions were answered in advance due to information presented. No rock left unturned. 4. Installation was a breeze! Everything we had been promised. Very quick, no mess inside or out. Professional installers. Took only a few hours to install a total of 9 windows. 5. LOVE the efficiency and the look of the windows. Absolutely no gaps or faults that we could find. 6. Love the functionality and ease of opening the windows. We have highly recommended Apex to friends and neighbors and we have received many compliments of the new look they give our home. This has been a truly hassle free and pleasant experience.
