Great moving company! I am very happy with the movers I have just completed a long distance move. I had to maintain working and taking care of two toddlers through this entire process but with the assistance of Apartment Movers I had a very professional and well organized move. I`m very happy I decided to hire them once again if I need to and will recommend them to everyone moving. more

Apartment Movers is the best moving company in Jacksonville, FL. They arrive on time and do everything in a very professional manner. They are very careful not to damage anything as well. Their service is very reasonably priced as well. A better value than I couldn`t find anywhere else. more

I was alnost run off the road In Jacksonville florida by their company truck. The driver began to merge into my lane while I was next to him. I layed on my horn to let him know I was there. He stuck his hand out the window and flicked me off then made a jerking off motion and continued merging into my lane. I had to slam on my break to avoid being run into the cars in the third lane. He just continued on his way. I called the facility to voice my concerns. The woman that answered the phone, told me she was the manager and would take care of it. She had accidentally called me back not knowing who I was then said ... oh well he said sorry he thought you were cutting him off. She then basically told me she would have the manager call me back as it was I wasn't happy that he was just getting away with lieing and saying he was sorry..... but yet I thougt she was the manager... so these are the people who are representing their compang more

It was by far the best experience we could have had. My only complaint is that they were early, and we weren`t fully packed. That was our fault and not theirs. The movers were fast and very professional. The cost was a little less than we expected too. Overall, we are very satisfied and have already referred a lot of people to them. more

Everyone we talked to was helpful and responsive; the crew was right on time, efficient and pretty amazing to watch. The price ended up being a little more than I`d expected, but it was totally worth it. more

I wholeheartedly agree with Lissa E.'s review. I do NOT recommend using this moving company. After speaking with an office manager on the phone on two occasions, I'm very surprised this company is in business. This moving company appears to specialize in helping families/couples/individuals who want to move at the last minute at a very reasonable price. \r \r Because I had read several positive reviews about this company online, I called them for an estimate, which was very reasonable/affordable. However, the office manager became irate on the phone when I asked her to tell the movers about furniture that would be difficult to move and special equipment and tools that would be needed on moving day. The office manager stated, in a very condescending and disrespectful tone, ""our movers are professionals and don't need to know your information"". \r \r Perhaps the office manager was right – that the movers are professionals and have the tools and training necessary to handle any situation. However, I am a prospective customer and the office manager’s tone, inflexibility, and unwillingness to acknowledge my concern inspired me to write this review. Not only did the office manager disregard my concerns - she basically “told me off” too…..this is no way to treat someone if you want their business. \r \r It is possible that this is a wonderful company that normally offers exceptional service. In fact, it is possible that the movers themselves are very competent and professional – my experience with the office manager says nothing at all about the quality of service provided by the movers themselves. Chances are, this company can move you quickly and cheaply.\r \r But what if something goes wrong (movers break furniture, claim must be filed, movers cannot move furniture, estimate differs from final bill)? This is when competent management becomes invaluable. And I am certain that the management at this place is incompetent - at the very least, the office manager can be very difficult, and for this reason, I chose to hire another moving company to help me relocate. \r \r I seriously doubt that this company will be in business for long. Buyer beware. \r more

I am sorry to say I didn't have a good move with these guys.. I had a 7"" tablet go missing.. (stolen) and they for got something on the truck had to bring it back(only after I called) and when I was unpacking I found a mirror that wasn't mine.. (I'm sure that was left behind from their move from earlier that morning). They charge by the hour. And only send 2 guys out to move you..I called within 3 hours of the move to tell them about the tablet missing and the office lady more or less told me to me to go to hell.. And did nothing about it.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.. I'm a single mom.. and that tablet was my daughters only Christmas gift she got for Christmas... She is very sad. I was so impressed at how quickly they packed up our 3 bedroom home. 4 of them showed up to my house around 11am and they were gone by 3pm. Me and my kids went out to run some errands and by the time we got back everything was all packed up. I do think I should`ve negotiated more to try to get a better deal. Other than that, I honestly don`t have any regrets. more

Those movers were amazing my move done quickly and efficiently. I didn`t have to worry about my things being banged up or scratched. They really took care of everything and it was a stress free for me to have my apartment moved. I will use them again more
