I first lived in Zona Rio, but the r o a c h e s liked my bed sheets more than I did. They agreed to move me to Zona Village at no charge. Thank you! My stay at Zona Village was good. Untill I moved out. My car was keyed when I refused to give a lady named Laura a ride. She used c r a c k c o c a i n e openly around the complex and will admit to doing so. You are likely to find here walking her dog at all hours, noon, 4 o clock am or pm, you can count on seeing her. My issue is I left four valuable rims in my storage unit behind my apt. I was a tenant for 12 months and never payed my rent late etc. They claim they threw them away, and YES I am being charged for them having to remove my valuables that Myself and you the reader know were NOT thrown away. I called the manager Scott today, Feb 13 2009 only to be yelled at and told to take responsibility. for what? forgetting? i had a good relationship with them but they didnt even call me to let me know i left them? Anyways, SCott was yelling so loud it echoed through his office and i could hardly understand before he hung up on me. I am still attempting to reach MEB management. DO NOT RENT ZONA PROPERTIES. Save your self from becoming overwhelmingly stressed. Although this IS close to the college, find somewhere else!
