There should be a seperate section to show how much this company is terrible!! I agree with everyone on this page. Alex was rude, a liar, and a scam artisit. This could be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. They lied, did not hold true to the contract, and lied some more. Please spread the word and help make this company go out of business. I have the mind to take them to court but I would rather see them disappear from all the bad reviews they get. I should have checked them out on this website first. Truly a bad operation that is only looking to steal money from people. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD ON HOW BAD THEY ARE!!!!!! We weren't late for our flight because WE TOWED THE LIMO OUT OF A SNOW BANK. 2/25/2008

Go to YOU TUBE and type in ANYTIME LIMO CHICAGO Upon picking us up at 4am, the driver put the SUV Excursion limo in a snowbank in front of our house. He stood there not knowing what to do, while my best friends husband got into the snow bank (dressed for the airport) and started to shovel around the rear wheel while I got kitty litter to help gain traction. The driver didn't even call into the main office to tell them what was happening so they could start another car to our location. Finally the husband got the tow chain out of the garage and PULLED THE LIMO OUT WITH THEIR DURANGO. Needless to say he was sweaty and dirty from the ordeal, we were all STRESSED because we were now running 25 minutes behind. After much conversation on the way to the airport, we decided it would be best to call when we got home for fear we would not have transportation upon our return if we were to call them in the frustrated state we were in, it would not have been constructive and would have just served to upset us more to relive it. When we informed the owner of the limo company on our arrival back to illinois, we obviously were not as LIVID as we were when the ordeal happened because he only felt the inconvenience was worth $25. It would have cost them ATLEAST $150 to have their limo pulled out of the ditch and we WOULD have missed our plane. Pros: the owner called upon our return visit to check to make sure we were picked up Cons: he didn't think stressing us out at the beginning of our vacation was significant more
