BEWARE! The worst experience ever. I contacted Anytime Garage Door Repair (954) 642-2852 because one of the springs broke. Other than that issue the door and opener worked totally fine. They sent Adam (Five Star Garage Door) and he ended up selling me two new springs, a new garage door opener and two drums/wires. This is when the nightmare started… Adam told me the door opener was not strong enough to lift the door. To my surprise the opener he installed was exactly the same as the one I had before except of having a chain instead of a belt. He told me the chain is what makes the difference (which is not true). Everything else was the same ½ HP Chamberlain opener. After Adam installed all the parts the door never was the same. It would not properly close so I called him back since he offered “5 years warranty”. He came several times to leave the door in worse conditions after each visit. He would claim “is not my fault” it was probably the door’s fault right? This person is not accountable nor responsible and obviously without proper skills to this type of work. After his third visit or so the door got jammed the same day! When I called him back he was disrespectful and even tried to blame my wife for the problem. I called the original company (Anytime Garage Door Repair (954) 642-2852) that sent Adam to file a complaint and request another technitian but they would not send another one, I had to deal with Adam so go figure (subcontractors/answering services scammers). After spending $925 I ended up calling a real company to take care of the problem. I was not shocked to hear the springs installed are used ones with rust and there were screws missing everywhere. Lesson learned: do the proper research before letting anyone steal your hard earned money with these sort of scams. There are too many phony companies subcontracting people offering no real warranty. This is not a game a garage door wrongly installed/fixed is a danger. more

We worked with this garage door repair company to try to fix our garage door (broken bolt) and we hoped to have our opener fixed. It turned out we needed a new opener. It was a few months between his first visit and our opportunity to buy the new unit. We chatted on the phone, discussed the budget and features and two days later we finally have a working opener! Our job was small compared to others he does but his service was just as excellent! He's personable, reasonable, reliable and just plain nice. Use him! more

I must say I used the internet for some help and I was glad that I found Marco. The man did a wonderful job repairing my garage door . I had another guy come before Marco and he sure didn't do a good job. I called a lot of places to get my garage door repaired (it wouldn't close all of a sudden), and the first few places I called wouldn't be able to come out for a week. I finally found Steven online and he was able to come out that day after his normal work hours (I think because I was in such a panic about getting the door to close that night!). The repair was fast and he was very professional. I would recommend him! more
