HVAC Issues 5/25/2017

We had a service appointment with Anthony's and Justin was the field technician who provided his expertise advice and solutions. It was determined that our motor blower had expired and we needed a new one. Justin was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained the whole process and provided excellent service and work. If issues ever arise again I will not hesitate to put a request in for Justin. more

A great outfit to deal with. Most important to me, a HUMAN BEING actually answers the phone and schedules the service call right then and there. AJ arrived as scheduled and the work was completed efficiently and correctly. more

Anthony's responsive, professional, competent 5/1/2017

Called Anthony's this morning and a service pro came this afternoon 10 minutes outside of 2 hour window. They kept us informed during the day on what time a service pro would arrive. Jonathan H was courteous, competent and professional in his explanation of the issue. He did his work promptly and provided alternative solutions. more

air conditioning installation 4/26/2017

Victor and Justin arrived when scheduled, worked quietly and efficiently, and cleaned up when done. They were courteous and good-humored, answering all my questions. The price was fair and I have no complaints so far. I would recommend the service to all. more

Leaking pipe. 4/24/2017

No complaints. Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it. Replaced insulation on pipes, which I've had to argue with other plumbers to get them to do. more

Great Service 4/16/2017

I called for service on my toilet. Martha responded right away. She knew I was a past customer and was able to have Jonathan come out the same day. He was very professional and efficient. The situation was resolved in 45 minutes. We have used them on major projects and have always been very pleased. I would highly recommend. more

Quick repair and honest price! 4/14/2017

leaking hot water heater 3/28/2017

Called Anthony's on 3/15/17 at 9AM, the day after 10" of snow. Spoke to a receptionist that stated a Tech would be there by 1030AM that day. The Tech, AJR, was on time. He accessed that I needed a new hot water heater. He determined that my existing heater was under warranty. He picked up my new hot water heater at the plumbing store, helped me fill out the warranty info, and installed the new hot water heater. AJR was very professional. Very neat and clean. Installation and removal was complete by 230PM that same day. I highly recommend this company and commend them for timeliness and excellent service. more

They're on time; they're quick; the job gets done before you know it. Gary was honest, efficient, friendly; he knew what to do, and did it, without so much as leaving any mess. The discount was something nice, which I didn't expect. I love these guys. more

Backed up toilet 2/2/2017

I was treated with respect, & explanations were given when asked to do things prior to Justin's arrival. Justin seemed to know what was wrong & right before starting. Justin even remembered working in my home a while back!. I was dealing with my parents plumbing issues at the time. It was all handled with professionalism. more

How our hot water heater was replaced 1/30/2017

Justin came out on a Sunday afternoon only one hour after I placed the call for emergency service. Our basement had water in it due to a leaking, broken hot water heater-we had no hot water either. Justin and his co-worker had the replacement model we needed on their truck, and after carefully assessing the problem, we were given an estimate and the work began. Our home is almost 100 years old, and my husband and I anticipated the work would be slow and difficult. However, Justin and Scott completed the work in a very efficient and tidy manner, in about 2 hours. This is the third time we have used Anthony's Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc., and we have always been very satisfied with their work and response time. more
