“Dimple Dell Pet Care"" (formally known as Anthony’s Pets), was one of the worst experiences of my life :( Not only did my dog look like crap but they also flat out lied to me. I have been taking my dog there for about a year and the girl (Lacee) who normally grooms my dog left and they didn’t even tell me when I called. Then to top it all off they told me their groomer had 15 years experience but when I met her she couldn’t have been older then 21. My dog looked awful!!!! I have a shitzu. I asked for the same thing that Lacee always did which is a short body with the teddy bear look on the face. My dogs haircut looked like she just skipped all over and then eventaully gave up. I specifically asked her to leave the ears, eyelashes, and tail which she cut off the eyelashes, the tail super short and didn’t even properly comb out the ears. My dogs feet looked like they hadn’t even been touched. The toenails weren’t done, the ears weren’t cleaned, and his belly wasn’t shaved. He had the longest piece of hair on his pee-pee I just don’t know what this girl was thinking. The worst part was his head. I can’t even describe how bad it was. There were chop marks everywhere. I was so sad. I had already paid and tipped when they brought the dog out to me. I almost died when I saw him. $43 for this? My kid could have done a better job. Later when I got home I decided I should go back over and say something. I had always been happy in the past. When I got over there and showed them they told me that I couldn’t have my money back but “They could try and fix it???”. . . If you can’t do it the first time what makes you think you’re going to be able to do it the second time. Luckily I was talking with one of my friends from my church and she knew where Lacee had moved to. I took him to her and she fixed him up the best she could. Despite all the chop marks all over his body he looks amazing now. After I got his hair fixed I took him back over to show them the difference and guess what they told me? That they know their groomer isn’t that good. Apparently they sent their receptionist to grooming school for 3 months.. . . I don’t get it. They also told me they got rid of Lacee because she was inexperienced. . . Well she’s never butchered my dog before. . . A few days later I got a check in the mail for my refund. . . Don’t go here. These people don’t care about what they are doing. They are in it for the money. If you know your groomer isn’t good you shouldn’t tell people she has 15 years experience. If your going to do half of the quality of all the groomers around you, you should charge half the price. Lacee is at “A” Pets Choice now if anyone is interested in a good groomer.
